We are looking for an Industrial Coater / Spray Painter for one of our clients 22 km from Gemert. In this role, you will work with specialized coating techniques to finish foam products used in medical and technical applications. This is a precise and hands-on position in a modern production environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- European passport or valid work permit in the Netherlands.
- Minimum B1 level of English.
- Previous experience as an industrial painter
- Proficiency in operating spray painting equipment and understanding of painting application techniques.
- Motivation to learn a specialized technical skill
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Great attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Wearing work clothes and safety boots is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Applying coatings using spray guns in spray cabins
- Working with PU coatings and water-based materials
- Preparing and mixing coating materials
- Coating small and detailed foam products with high precision
- Performing quality checks on finished products
- Cleaning equipment and maintaining a safe working environment
- Wearing protective equipment (such as air-filter masks)
Job Details:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Working hours typically 07:00 – 15:45
- Alternative schedule possible (08:00 – 17:00), depending on preference
